Conduent Healthy Communities Corporation is looking for a Project Coordinator to work within the Client Services Department. In addition to the specifics listed below, the role of the Project Coordinator is to support core department functions such as client engagement activities, customer product configuration, account maintenance, customer training, and project support for Account Managers.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Supporting the client services team with daily operations
• Developing documentation to facilitate and improve trainings including maintenance of the Help... Center
• Development of web content on the clients’ Conduent HCI Platform, including client initiative pages, indicator tracking pages, integration of C ommunity Health Assessment(s) and implementation strategies, adding indicators in IMS, etc.
• Supporting the development of customer communications in the form of newsletters, emails, scripts
• Assisting with Quality Assurance processes for new product releases
• Logistical support for customer webinars, conferences, and projects
• Su pporting community health assessments for clients with facilitation of Spanish language focus groups and t ranslation of transcripts from Spanish to English

What to expect in the first year of working with us:
• 0-3 months: Onboarding and training in the role of Project Coordinator . Account Managers to start assigning client tasks and projects.
• 3-9 months : Account Managers continue to assign client tasks and projects as support is needed. Work closely with Director on Client Services team for operational support.
• 9-12 months: Continue the above responsibilities. Ownership over certain tasks and projects will begin to shift from Account Managers to Project Coordinato r . Responsibility to organize and prioritize projects by urgency becomes project coordinators .

• Ready to quickly integrate and support a strong team of professionals .
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365 , Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) , Canva
• Graphic design skills
• Experience with HTML and CSS
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Computer literacy
