Our Client is looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven individual to join our team as the Marketing Project Manager. Reporting to the SVP, Marketing & Communications, this individual will play a key role setting, executing and optimizing programs for multiple projects across Brand, Product and Growth Marketing.

You’ll use a process-driven lens to improve the business as a whole, including helping the marketing leadership team to prioritize the right projects and ensure their success. To be successful as a Marketing Project Manager, you should have strong organizational and strategic planning skills, and be able to earn the trust in collaborating cross-functionally to hit deadlines.

• Manage multiple large projects (campaign launches, tentpole events, website updates, and product launches) setting all deadlines, running team calls and ensuring deliverables are completed on time
• Collaborate with Brand, Growth and Product Marketing to and define the scope of... projects and improve overall operations
• Identify and sequence the activities needed to successfully complete projects and update timelines to reflect new requirements as projects change as needed
• Maintain project, campaign, and event calendars, and track projects to ensure timely review and execution using Google Sheets and Monday.com
• Design and implement standard timelines and define dependencies that can be repeated for various projects
• Ability to accurately predict launch dates based on the amount of work, and ensuring team members hit all deadlines to reach the launch date
• Manage monthly and quarterly campaign reporting and aggregation for team and board-level KPI reports
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for optimization and improvement and pull ad-hoc reports as needed
• Prepare marketing materials for internal meetings including Google Slides/PowerPoint presentations, and other ad hoc projects upon request
• Provide recommendations for improvements to process, file management, project workflows, meeting cadence and similar to ensure efficiency and speed

• 3+ years of marketing project management experience in a fast-paced environment, running full projects in Monday, Asana or similar tool
• Excellent decision-making skills, analytical and quantitative thinking ability, superior communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and to drive operational excellence
• Interest in marketing for current and innovative B2B marketing strategies across multiple channels (email, webinars, display, paid social, direct mail, etc.)
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members to meet client needs and business objectives
• Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM tools, Marketing Cloud and Salesforce are a big plus
• Experience using social media networks such as LinkedIn, Twitter, & YouTube, a plus if you have experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics and SEO
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
