Job Description
• Leadership, autonomy and strong decision making skills
• Ability to manage relationship with owner and manager in the frame of Hotel Management Agreement
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Outstanding sales skills
• Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex information in order to improve new practices or... develop new approaches
• Service and quality minded
• Good listening skills, ability to create positive, appropriate, effective and sustainable working relationships at all levels
• Be the heart of the hotel and lead by example
• Develop the annual budget and capital investments budget
• Attain the sales, quality and financial targets of the hotel
• Being responsible for planning and managing the operations of the hotel to achieve customer (guests, talents, corporate, owner) satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals
• Drive ambassadors engagement
• Preopening experience is an advantage
