A Store Manager Trainee will have to undergo a training period for the first few months of his/ her employment. Once confirmed, the Store Manager will then handle his/her own store and shall ensure that Giordano's sales target and the company policies are being observed. He/ She should maximize profit and costs and ensure that all items in the store are properly merchandised to confirm Giordano's standards.


- Overseeing the daily operations of the store and ensuring smooth functioning.
- Developing effective store strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Expanding store traffic and optimizing profitability.
- Training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff to achieve sales goals.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Supervising daily store operations and monitoring stock inventory levels.
- Developing strategies to enhance profitability and maximize the potential of the location and target... market.
- Handling customer complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Sourcing, hiring, training, and managing subordinates.
- Preparing detailed reports on a weekly and monthly basis.


- Must be a male or female candidate.
- Bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration or any relevant field; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- A Minimum of 6 months of experience working in a retail apparel environment is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Passionate and dedicated to the retail industry.

Training Shop (4 Months): SM City Clark

Should be amenable to manage of any the ff location:
• SM City Pampanga
• Marquee Mall
• SM City Clark
• SM City Telabastagan


Probationary Period:
• 6-day work week (Store Manager Trainee)

Upon Regularization:
• 5-day work week (1 rest day on weekdays, 1 rest day on weekends)
