Responsible and accountable for the total performance and daily management of the boutique and its entire operations at the highest efficiency levels as to:
• Meeting objectives on sales
• Customer Service
• Merchandise Stocking
• Personnel
• Follow through on the floor training

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• With at least 1 year relevant experience in retail industry
• Must possess a pleasing and assertive personality
• Must be very good in customer relations
• Must be willing to work in weekends and holidays
• Must be proficient in both oral and written communications
• Must be computer literate
