Ashley HomeStore is an American furniture store chain that sells Ashley Furniture products with over 800 locations worldwide. As we expand Ashley HomeStore in the Philippines, we are continuously looking for dedicated and motivated managers.

As a Store Manager you will be leading, training and motivating the Ashley HomeStore’s team while being responsible for the daily operations and sales.

Main Responsibilities:

Sales Management and Business Development

· Monitor and achieve store performance with Key Performance Indicators

· Ensure that Sales Associates can deliver the Ashley selling techniques to every customer. Support them with consistent coaching, identifying their development and training needs.

· Ensure all staff have sufficient knowledge of the products and categories

· Provide consistent and qualitative feedback to the team and coach them

· Execute in store training routine

· Ensure all policies, standards and company procedures are communicated and implemented

·... Maintain a clean and safe store environment and implement general housekeeping duties as necessary

· Ensure that merchandise is properly received, displayed, stored and maintained by team members

· Ensure visual merchandising is maintained according to guidelines, both in the window and in-store displays, in order to maximize sales and merchandise turn

· Know the best sellers and make sure you always have them displayed.

· Push sales of slow moving items to make way for new products.

Required Skills

· Minimum 2 years of related experience in retail industry

· 1 year of supervisory capacity

· Good organizing and follow up skills

· Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills

· Ability to generate trust among both coworkers and clients

· Proficient in MS office, CRM and retail tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
