Job Description

We are looking for an IT PRODUCTION Team Leader (local contract) to join us.

The role entails managing the security perimeter for various applications, including appliances, internal and external applications, and SaaS solutions.

This involves overseeing virtualized/clustered infrastructure in Linux and Windows under OpenShift Container using DevOps pipeline, ensuring availability, controlling asset lifecycle, monitoring, verifying backup, managing obsolescence/vulnerabilities, implementing disaster recovery plans, and mastering change processes to prevent incidents.

Additionally, the position requires investigating, mitigating, implementing new controls for incident prevention, effective communication, ongoing status reporting, and ensuring roadmap implementation with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should prioritize providing high-quality service and efficient project management reporting.


o Maintain high availability and efficient support of applications.

o Develop and evaluate employees' skills.

o Support employees so that they are involved in their professional career.

o Anticipate business roadmaps and prepare employees for them.

o Organize periodic meetings with stakeholders to focus on quality and customer expectation.

o Use Agile methodology to address challenges related to visibility, technical skills, workload management, project monitoring, internal process knowledge, and communication, thereby improving overall performance and client satisfaction.


Main Technical Requirements:
• Solid experience leading Production teams (7 people);
• Project management skills;
• Backup management, Vulnerability management, Automation process management, Refresh process, Change and Incident management process are daily tasks;
• DRP process for critical applications twice per year;
• Monitoring and constant improvement for incident detection using monitoring and log query tools;
• Responsible for coordinate the HR process related Goals definition, Annual Assessment, Internal mobility, planning;
• Digital competence:
• WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere MQSeries, JBoss, IIS, Tomcat, Connect Direct, ControlM, QuickView, Sterling Control Center, Webmethods, IBM Integration Bus (IIB), API Manager, Git, RunDeck, Docker, Kubernetes, Elasticsearch and Kibana;
• Operational Systems Windows, Unix, Linux;
• Digital certificates SSL, RSA keys and OPENSSL;

Additional Information

Other Requirements:
• Fluent in Portuguese/French (mandatory);
• Good level of English – minimum B2 (mandatory);
• Team leadership skills: ability to structure, prioritize and delegate;
• Strong communication skills;
• Eager to work in a challenging and demanding environment
