Responsibilities:

Provide professional compensation and benefits-related advice to business leaders in different countries

Work closely with Global recruitment team to handle recruitment matters and negotiate salary with candidates for senior executives

Design salary package for senior executives which may include international mobility assignment

Perform market salary and benefits benchmark analysis

Manage C&B projects such as salary benchmark and annual review

Administration support on documentation, e-record management, etc.

Ad-hoc projects related to C&B matters for senior executives

Requirements:

Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

Min. 5 years of relevant experience in MNCs, of which at least 1 year specializing in Compensation & Benefits. Experience in handling China C&B matters would be ideal

Experience in managing compensation and benefits initiatives

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Excellent Excel skills

Good... cross-cultural interpersonal and communication skills, fluent Putonghua is ideal

Analytical and detail-oriented

Able to work strongly and effectively with cross-team collaborations in a matrix environment

Excellent command of spoken & written English and Mandarin.
