The Customer Specialist will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients through both email and phone communication channels. This position involves working closely with SAP and other applications, collaborating with internal teams, and serving as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and order support needs.

Key Responsibilities :
• Orders Handling : efficiently manage the entire order process, including order entry, confirmation with the factory, monitoring delivery progress, responding to customer inquiries, transport planning, resolving issues promptly, issuing invoices, and processing claims.
• Utilize SAP and other relevant software applications to effectively manage customer orders and track interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and colleagues across the globe to address customer needs and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer service processes and procedures to improve overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
