How we work is simple: Concentrix + Webhelp is a business outsourcing company, meaning, we offer our services to other companies to help them handle customer service, finances and other business processes. As our colleague, you will be employed by Concentrix + Webhelp but supporting the clients of one of the world leaders in the electronics industry.

As a part of our team, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, mails and chats. You'll be consulting clients on their questions about the products, solving technical issues as... well as documenting the necessary information in our databases.

For you to flourish in this role, the most important thing is to be open to communication and to have the motivation to deliver good customer service ⭐

And to be able to help our customers, you need to be fluent in Lithuanian and have good English (spoken and written). Russian language skills will be considered as an advantage.

We're really hoping to see you join us, but before that - there are a few steps to complete. Our recruitment process consists of Lithuanian and English language test, an interview and, finally, a reference check. Hopefully, we turn out to be the good match and we'll be able to extend a job offer soon

WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday, from 09:00 AM till 19:00 PM (8,5 h / shift)
