The role
As a Facilities Management Supervisor, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. To lead the Hard or Soft FM service delivery teams and sub-contractors to manage and maintain the property and services to all customers and stakeholders across a regional cluster of Sites.

Day-to-day you'll support the implementation of Business Continuity and the successful business delivery of all day to day Hard or Soft FM Services including Projects within the Regional Cluster. Ensuring customer services, performance and budget targets are monitored and met using a balance of internal self-delivery teams and external contractors. To... manage a Facilities support function across a number of geographical sites and across the Babcock Group FM department. Further responsibilities include:
• To provide a professional support service to the Regional Cluster FM team and Group Facilities Department
• Delivery of best practice standards as appropriate across the functions
• Establishing and maintaining regular interaction with appropriate cross-function departments
• Provide coaching and mentoring to Facilities team and other colleagues as and when requested
• Maintain Compliance of all Assets in line with Company Policy and Legal Procedures

This role is full time, 40 hours per week and is based on site at Bristol

Essential experience of the Facilities Management Supervisor
• Relevant professional qualification: IWFM or working towards, equivalent qualification or comparable through experience qualification in role related subject
• Sound knowledge and understanding of working within a Hard or Soft FM service
• Sound knowledge and understanding of relevant regulatory and legislative requirements and British Standards

Qualifications for the Facilities Management Supervisor
• National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ) Level 3 in Leadership and Management (Nebs / ILM / IWFM) or equivalent & NEBOSH General Health and Safety Certificate. Or be willing to achieve this within 12 months of taking up the role

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
