Facilities Manager

£50,000 P/A+ depending on experience
Andover and some UK-wide travel
Full Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday

Do you have experience planning and coordinating all building–related activities?

TS Group is currently seeking a Facilities Manager.

The main purpose of this role is to oversee all building – related activities, ensuring all sites are safe and functioning.

In return, we are offering a salary up to £50,000 P/A, depending on experience.

This is a full-time, permanent role. The hours of work will be working Monday – Friday and you may be required to stay away from home from time to time while visiting other sites.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Arrange appropriate inspections on all buildings and determine all repairs and renovations.
• Monitor activities that happen outside the building such as waste disposal and recycling
• Arrange all maintenance of equipment and internal systems (security... cameras, alarms and heating systems)
• Plan and coordinate all installation and maintenance.
• Work with the finance team to keep all non-financial and financial records.

The ideal candidate:
• Excellent knowledge of facilities management
• Understanding of all health and safety
• Full UK driving licence
• Well Organised
• Good verbal and written communication skills
