We are currently recruiting on behalf of a residential property consultancy for a Senior Facilities Manager to lead the on site team across a large new build residential estate.
• You will be an experienced technically orientated Facilities Manager with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will have a proven track record in managing multiple projects and stakeholders at any given time across another residential estate.
• Responsible for ensuring health and safety, statutory compliance, managing PPM’s, O&M’s, M&E and supporting with the delivery of a phased handover.
• You will have high level reporting experience and the ability to deliver information to various stakeholders
• You will oversee the daily management of the facilities department in respect of staff, project management, dealing with handovers, mobilisation, snagging, staffing strategies and overall project management.
• Candidates will have an extensive background in Health & Safety legislation and... compliance across a busy development.

Working under an experienced General Manager and with 12 direct line reports this is a challenging role in a first paced environment that requires someone on top of their game.
