The Facilities Division is looking for a committed and innovative individual to fill the position of Senior Facilities Manager leading on a range of Facilities Management soft services including but not limited to Domestic Services, Decontamination, Patient and Non- Patient Transport Services within the Brunel Building and the Retained Estate

They will ensure the highest quality safe and effective environment to care for our patient. The Senior Facilities Manager is the Trusts professional lead on Services within their portfolio ensuring that its provision is aligned to and supports the Trusts clinical strategy.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of duties, including managing facilities and operational contracts, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. You'll act as a key liaison between stakeholders and contractors, driving outstanding performance and maintaining effective communication channels. Additionally, you'll lead efforts to improve customer... service and implement cost-effective solutions while staying abreast of relevant legislation and industry best practices.

The postholder will be responsible for over 400 members of staff and budgetary responsibilities of £13 million.

A background of working within the hospital environment and to be able to demonstrate a history of process management and decision-making ability is desirable.
