We're looking for a visionary Creative Director who is as passionate about the art of storytelling as they are about the science of CRM and digital technologies.

We are looking for a:

Digital Creative Director

As our Creative Director, you will lead our creative team (Art Direction, Copy, Concept, and Design), driving the fusion of art and technology to deliver ground-breaking campaigns. Your expertise in CRM, coupled with a solid background in either Art Direction, Design, or Copywriting, will be pivotal in crafting personalized, impactful user experiences across all digital platforms.

• Leadership: Lead the creative digital... team to develop cutting-edge campaigns that blend creative technology, UI/UX, and CRM strategies for impactful user experiences across digital platforms.
• Creative Vision and Brand Cohesion: Uphold a unified creative vision across all digital touchpoints, ensuring content is consistent with the brand identity and resonates with the target audience.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, tech, and data teams to integrate CRM insights into personalized content creation and campaign optimization, enhancing engagement and conversion.
• Culture of Creativity and Continuous Learning: Cultivate an environment that encourages creativity, experimentation, and ongoing professional development among team members.
• Storytelling and Visualization: Craft compelling narratives and visual representations to effectively communicate and present concepts to both internal teams and clients.
• Research and Innovation: Stay at the forefront of creative technology advancements, conducting research, and exploring new tools, platforms, and techniques to enhance the team's capabilities.
• Project Collaboration: Collaborate closely with designers, developers, data planners, strategists and other team members to ensure seamless integration of ideas, technologies, and artistic elements.
• Client Interaction: Engage in client interactions, actively seeking their input and feedback, while effectively communicating complex creative technology concepts in a clear and relatable manner.
• End-to-end Creative Process Oversight: Oversee the entire creative process, ensuring projects meet the highest standards of quality, are delivered on time, and within budget, while achieving or surpassing performance goals.

• Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role, with a portfolio that demonstrates a passion for merging creative with technology.
• Strong background in Art Direction, Design, or Copywriting, with a deep understanding of digital marketing landscapes and CRM strategies.
• Expertise in UI/UX principles, creative technology, and coding basics to guide and critique digital projects.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of nurturing talent and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CRM software, and familiarity with web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• A strategic thinker with the ability to translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
