Duties & Responsibilities
• Crafting, Implementing and Managing the digital strategy for the brand including web, eCommerce and social media
• Manage the ecommerce website, ensuring it stays up to date, relevant and efficient. Managing the traffic levels to this site understanding which levers to pull to get desired results.
• Reporting on website performance, deriving insights from analytics, and formulating plans for improvement.
• Managing our social media strategy and ensuring the agency is performing in all areas around content, community management and media spending. Ensure reporting is done accurately and deriving insights from this.
• Continuously benchmarking the digital agency, setting their KPI’s and ensuring they are hitting these.
• Ensure thorough alignment and reporting to global office.
• Identify needs, gaps and opportunities for the brand and implementation of these.
• Staying on top on trends in the industry especially the digital landscape.
• Manage agencies... partners and suppliers to ensure cost-saving and return on investment.
• Assisting the Marketing Manager with marketing budget and approval process to ensure cost-effective spending, forecasting and tracking.
• Managing multiple projects within the business and drive deadlines.
• Develop and maintain a strong business network as a reliable source of information.
• Alignment with the brand strategy.
• Ensure retail marketing activity is strongly aligned and always present with brand activity.

Desired Experience & Qualification
• Relevant Marketing Degree
• Relevant Digital training
• Min 5 years relevant Digital marketing and communications experience
• Significant Experience and Understanding of the Digital Marketing Landscape
• Min 3 to 5 years leadership experience (with an established leadership track record) preferably in the Wholesale & Retail Industry
• Budget Management
• Retail & Fashion brand experience
• Digital Agency experience (web and social media at a high level) (preferred)
• Experience in ecommerce
• Multinational experience
• Media Management experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Integrity and trustworthiness
• Excellent communication skills
• Dependability
• Be self-motivated
• High energy levels
