Are you ready to power up your career in the renewables sector? We're seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our client’s battery storage systems project in Collie. This is your chance to make a significant impact on the future of energy, working on an 8/6 roster for a 12-18 month contract.

Responsibilities
• Ensure contractors adhere to construction plans, safety standards, and quality management
• Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with specifications and regulations
• Coordinate with managers to address project progress, resource allocation, and any issues or changes in scope
• Prepare and compile daily reports
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health, safety, and environmental policies
• Provide leadership and guidance to the electrical team and subcontractors
• Have oversight of daily safety procedures and resolve any technical or contractual issues that may arise
• Liaison with Engineers and Project Management to resolve contractual... scope gap issues between contractors and client to ensure continuity of installation works
• Review of E&I work packs, ITPs
• Site walk downs and close out of ITR’s and pre-commissioning activities

Qualifications
• Possession of relevant electrical qualifications, licenses, and certifications
• Demonstrated experience in electrical supervision, safety protocols, and construction management, particularly in heavy instrument or electrical work
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities
