We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial reporting, and analysis. The Accountant will be responsible for managing the financial transactions, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Manage all accounting transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts on a regular basis.
• Conduct month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of... financial records.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor budgetary performance.
• Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve financial reporting efficiency.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support to auditors.
• Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience working as an Accountant, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPA certification is a plus
