• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.
• Train, supervise, and mentor restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards.
• Manage and optimize restaurant resources, including inventory, supplies, and equipment.
• Monitor and maintain food quality, presentation, and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase restaurant profitability.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to plan and execute menus, specials, and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
• Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures consistently.
• Continuously monitor and improve restaurant operations to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.

• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
•... Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food handling and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
