Position Overview:

We're in search of an Operations Manager to lead our dynamic team across our 11 locations in Auckland. As an integral part of our growth strategy, the Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination and excellence in service delivery while driving forward our expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review the P&L... monthly and collaborate with the Managing Director to optimize costs and enhance efficiency, always with an eye towards fostering company growth.
• Ensure smooth store operations in collaboration with the Head of Retail and actively contribute to strategies for new store roll-outs, supporting our expansion efforts.
• Maintain effective communication between teams and lead monthly meetings to drive actionable outcomes, keeping the focus on company growth initiatives.
• Work closely with the food operation team to ensure sufficient product availability for our lunch offerings, supporting increased demand as we scale.
• Manage tendering processes, negotiate costs, and oversee supplier accounts and contracts, seeking out opportunities to drive savings and fuel company growth.
• Lead and motivate the distribution team to enhance efficiency and identify process improvement opportunities that support our expansion plans.
• Oversee production to ensure adequate inventory levels and meet the needs of stores and wholesale accounts, always with an eye towards scalability.
• Collaborate with the Owners/Directors to set ambitious goals, manage company direction, and identify opportunities for growth, driving the expansion of our brand across Auckland and beyond.
• Provide leadership in maintaining company culture, fostering positivity, and promoting employee satisfaction, ensuring alignment with our growth-focused vision.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• 3+ years of experience in a similar managerial role within the food service industry, with a proven track record of driving company growth.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards ambitious goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strategic mindset focused on driving operational excellence and business expansion.
• Passion for the food service industry and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a keen eye towards supporting growth initiatives.
