• Summary of Role: *
The Office Manager will report to the Regional Manager, Colombia & Central America in LATAM located in Colombia. This role will be responsible for the general operation of our office
• *The key responsibilities of the role comprise the following**:

- Overall general office operation, ensuring the office and meeting rooms are kept in a presentable and working condition.
- Coordinating external meeting, offsites and events as required.
- Supervising, mentoring and training our administration and cleaning staff and delegating tasks to ensure maximum productivity.
- Producing reports as required and managing the office administration annual budget.
- Assist the members team in Colombia.
- Manage local and international travels of the staff
- Manage any improvements that are required in offices (new desks, repairs etc.).
- Manage the contract services companies (couriers, food services, plants, etc.)
- Prepare the desks for new hires, ensuring there is stationary items and coordinate the IS devices with the IS team (laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse and cell phone).
- Support the SHEQ team to ensure the office is a safe environment and prepare and assist with audits as required.
• *What we require?**
- Degree in Administration.
- Approximately 5-8 years working as an office manager in a international company.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Strong coordination skills.
- Advanced user of MS Office.
- Ability to use Microsoft software as well SharePoint and Teams.
- Fluency in both Spanish & English.
- Proficiency in accounting or finance is a plus.
