Administration:
• Provide administrative/executive support to management.
• General administrative responsibilities (office reception desk, managing and monitoring procurement of office equipment and supplies)
• Feed information into the systems periodically; reconcile management and accounting information and support the information flow to headquarters
• Support relationship with outsourcers and vendors
• File and maintain contracts (clients, office, provider, vendors, etc.) and activate renewal processes
• Support relationship with clients: meeting arrangement, invoice process, payment control Marketing:
• Organization of meetings and seminars relating the industries where we operate.
• Organization of yearly corporate events
• Support to the execution of Social Action activities Travel:
• Manage contacts with hotels, apartment owners, flights and trains booking agencies,execution of reservations and bookings
Requirements:
• Language skills: English(Intermediate)
• Strong verbal... and writtencommunication skills
• Proven organizational skillswith extremely strong attention to details.
• Proven ability to worksimultaneously in multiple tasks, problem solve, be selfstarter
• Ability to negotiate withcustomers, vendors and internal staff
• Positive attitude, beenergetic, enthusiastic, and be able to manage own time
• Manage confidentialinformation and activity with extreme professionalism
• Strong skills and expertise inMicrosoft Office
• Previous experience in officemanagement and administrative tasks
