• Coordinate and assist in daytoday operations.
• Develop relationships with all levels of customers to facilitate processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all travel policy matters.
• Evaluate requests for corporate proposals and collect requirements to make contributions.
• Keep an updated record of the status of the proposals.
• Prepare a proposal according to the particularities of the plan.
• Train agents in the characteristics and management of the plan and tools through corporate presentations.
• Prepare and maintain records of files, customer profiles, etc.
• Support the process of corporate group renewals within established times.
• Complete monthly reports on group management and perform periodic followups. Interdepartmental collaboration to identify areas of improvement and opportunity, participate in projects and assigned initiatives.
• Ensure service agreements for corporate groups.
• Create and maintain uptodate process guides and flow... Identify and report opportunities for improvements and draft requirements for system developments related to travel VIP online tools.

• Bilingual, with a high level of proficiency in English and Spanish. Portuguese is extra.
• Experience in the health insurance industry and/or travel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Skilled with Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Customer service by phone and inperson and teamwork ability.

Education/Vocational Training:
Associate or higher degree from an accredited institution, preferably in the area of business, marketing or related careers.

$3,050,000 - $3,100,000 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Medellín, Antioquia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
