We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our non-profit organization as an Administrative/Marketing Assistant.
This role plays a vital part in supporting our... operations, donor relations, and marketing efforts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting and communicating with donors, managing all social media and websites, and providing administrative support to the Board.

Responsibilities:
Administrative Assist the Board of Directors in scheduling and preparing for meetings, including agenda creation, document distribution, and drafting and distributing meeting minutes.
Support Executive Director by for example maintaining agenda , scheduling meetings, arranging travel, responding to emails and telephone calls.
Drafting communications and engaging with donors through various communication channels to express gratitude, provide updates, and solicit donations.
Prepare and distribute donation acknowledgment letters and receipts.
Keep accurate and current board records and provide Board governance support to Board President and committee chairs.
Handle general administrative tasks, such as sorting mail, answering phone calls, managing email correspondence and maintaining office supplies inventory.
Marketing Manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
) and maintain a consistent presence with engaging and relevant content.
Create and curate compelling content, including social media posts, print and electronic articles, and newsletters, to promote the organization's mission, programs, and achievements.
Monitor social media analytics and website traffic and provide regular reports to assess engagement and campaign performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and press releases.
Ensure the organization's website is up-to-date with accurate information, news, and events.
Requirements:
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Non-profit Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively and professionally.
Proficiency in managing social media platforms and leveraging them for marketing purposes.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Proficient in using relevant software and tools, such as MS Office Suite, content management systems, and email marketing platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
Passion for the non-profit sector and alignment with the organization's mission.
Familiarity with graphic design software and website management platforms is a plus.
