Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Partner with the merchandising team on samples and showroom set up prior to market.
• Maintain the integrity of the showroom in between appointments.
• Assist in preparation of market appointments by pulling style selling and door history, and using this information to help the AE with the proposed buy.

• Pull and report weekly selling by account both by door and by style.
• Analyze selling in order to suggest reorders and RTV opportunities to the AE.
• Track POs by creating and maintain ship logs, calling out potential issues and obtaining extensions when needed.
• Manage Drop Ship inventory and images on a weekly basis.
• Monitor and maintain the NY sample line so its available to send for online shoots.
• Work closely with the warehouse on order entry and EDIs.
• 1-2 years of experience in Wholesale or Retail, along with general knowledge of the fashion industry.
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills, along with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive, enthusiastic and flexible nature with the ability to recognize and react to changing work demands.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
• Travel ability required
