The Role:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This multifaceted role is perfect for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial part in running our business, from analyzing financial reports to enhancing our brand presence online.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Run reports and build Excel dashboards to monitor revenue and profit goals.
• Analyze performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.

Talent Acquisition & Management:
• Coordinate the hiring process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and conducting preliminary interviews.
• Assist with onboarding new staff and organizing training sessions.

Social Media & Content Creation:
• Manage our social media platforms, engage with our community by responding to comments and DMs.
• Edit video footage and schedule social media posts to maintain an active, engaging online presence.

Financial & Inventory Management:
• Oversee daily budgeting and financial transactions.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability aligns with demand.

Administrative Support:
• Schedule meetings, organize events, and maintain the CEO's calendar to ensure efficient time management.
• Handle correspondence and other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Entrepreneurship, Supply Chain or Communications
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with social media platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Creative thinking with an eye for design, especially in video editing and social media content creation.
• A proactive, can-do attitude, ready to tackle challenges head-on
