Job Description
• Strategically enhance corporate image through external communication during recruitment and other HR events.
• Source and implement suitable training programs, ensuring their successful execution and positive impact.
• Manage the annual compensation cycle, including monthly payroll and bonus review processes, while ensuring the accuracy and competitiveness of compensation and benefits (C&B).
• Boost employee satisfaction and retention of high-potential individuals within Taiwan.
• Foster closer collaboration between HQ and site HR teams, supporting the implementation of a... global performance management program.
• Facilitate two-way communication methods to achieve consensus and engagement with the group HR team.
• Evaluate training needs and formulate a comprehensive training strategy for the Taiwan subsidiary.
• Collaborate with external partners to effectively identify and acquire talented individuals who align with the organization's requirements.
• Establish and refine HR policies and practices to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Develop employee career development plans to enhance capabilities that align with functional and individual goals.
• Devise and execute talent acquisition initiatives, including campus recruitment programs, to attract the best candidates.
• Strengthen employee relationships by nurturing core values, team culture, and cohesion.

The Successful Applicant
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
• Possess 7+ years of experience in various Human Resource functions.
• Demonstrated expertise in recruiting and establishing a strong corporate image.
• Thorough knowledge of Taiwan's labor laws and regulations.
• Self-driven, responsible, and values diversity within a multicultural organization.
• Exhibit excellent influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Demonstrates strong analytical and project management abilities.
• Capable of working independently and accomplishing objectives with minimal supervision.
• Able to interact effectively with individuals at all levels in a diverse environment.
• Proficient in English; fluency in spoken and written Japanese is a desirable attribute.
