As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of various HR processes in Taiwan, Singapore, and selected European countries. This dynamic position requires a profound understanding of HR processes, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Effective communication is essential, given the need to provide cross-border HR services, making proficiency in English a requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- **Employee Documents and HRIS Data Management (Taiwan / Singapore )**
- Manage the collection and accurate input of employee information into personnel files (P-file).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documents.
- Responsively fulfill employee requests, providing accurate employee certificates.
- Manage compliance documents for foreign employees entering Taiwan.
- Responsible for labor contract renewals as needed.
- Main point of contact for non-payroll related questions.
• *Attendance and Travel Management (Taiwan & Singapore)**- Leave management for Taiwan and Singapore employees, the services include Leave assignment, send reminders, check leave balance, file leave support doc., monthly report to payroll, shift management, overtime, provide entitlement.
- Timely update records for special leaves.
- Maintain Nogle Group's travel policy.
- Book tickets and hotels.
- Visa application when necessary.
• *Taiwan and Singapore Work Permit for new employees**- Process work permits, Alien Resident Certificates (ARC), Employment Passes (EP), and S Passes (SP).
- Verify compliance eligibility for foreign employees and collect/check necessary documents.
- Handle online and on-site applications submitted to government departments.
- Coordinate on-site collection of ARCs and manage permit extensions or termination when necessary.
• *HR Compliance Coordinator Support of Europe region**- Collaborate with local accounting firms to ensure HR compliance related issues, including salary disbursement, insurance, taxes, local regulations, and leave management.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accuracy in payment request amounts.
- Serve as the point of contact for local employees, effectively addressing their requests and concerns.

Requirements and Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR-related roles.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Ability to analyze complex information and make sound compliance recommendations.
- Practical experience in Taiwan or Singapore HR operations.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Taiwan and Singapore.
- Strong resilience and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
