Our Client is a progressive Melbourne law firm located in the CBD. They are seeking a full-time legal secretary/personal administrative assistant to support their Owners Corporation head principal and his team.
• They are looking for someone that is friendly, efficient and able to take initiative. Previous experience working in a law firm is essential and knowledge of Lexis Affinity would be highly regarded. They are offering a positive working environment with room for personal growth and development.
• The successful candidate will have strong client communication skills, organisational ability, accurate typing and great attention to detail. The role will include file management, sending and receiving correspondence, document preparation, diary management and other administrative support duties. They are looking for someone who strives to be that 'go to' person for our team and can keep our busy lawyers organised.
