As a trusted leadership advisor, you will manage your clients' portfolio and be given responsibility to build and animate your own pool of candidates within your specialism. You will... build a new business pipeline using your persuasive skills to secure new clients, grow existing relationships and generate new business opportunities.

Main responsibilities:
• Gain comprehensive understanding of the client company, industry and the position requirements,
• Develop position specification and a focused search strategy based on your market knowledge,
• Select prospective candidates and conduct in-depth interviews to further assess qualifications and fit to position specifications,
• Maintain progress reports and market feedback reports for presentation to client,
• Builds strong relationships with candidates and animate your talent network,
• Develop new business by creating client proposals, participating at conferences/events and other creative sales approaches,
• Maintain the accuracy, quality and integrity of all search information in our proprietary global database.

The profile we need:
• 5+ years of Executive Search, full lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally in Belgium,
• Ability to develop strong relationships to build a network
• Personal and business maturity that leads to confident and rational business decisions,
• Possesses the ability to maintain professionalism and honesty while building credibility, trust, and respect with both clients and candidates,
• Think beyond traditional methods to exceed expectations,
• Curious by nature, proactive and self-motivated,
• Tenacious, you don't give up until results are achieved,
• Adhere to the highest ethical and professional standards,
• Keen to progress within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

We are looking for confident, ambitious and passionate team members, French or Dutch and English speakers, people focused, outgoing, at ease in negotiation situations and confident. An integral part of an executive recruiter role at Morgan Philips is relationship management – networking and building strong relationships with senior executives (as potential candidates or clients) and assessing talent against the client’s requirements.

Last but not least, you will join a close-knit and supportive team and will benefit from our global platform to develop your business (we animate practices groups with consultants from all over the world and our CRM and our talent database are both global)
