BioMar is looking for a Marketing Manager China who will contribute to the successful implementation of marketing activities related to the Greater China area within the Asian Division. As part of a truly international and dynamic organization, you will play a key role in executing regional marketing operations in your business area. You will contribute to positioning BioMar in the region as the leading brand in aquaculture feeds, and to market BioMar products, concepts, and the corporate brand. As an experienced marketer, you know how to work with Global Marketing to localize messages to the right target groups through various communication tools and channels. You have skills for analyzing characteristics of diverse target audiences and market dynamics... With your strong commercial sense, you are capable of identifying and seizing market opportunities, and have the ability to quickly develop a commercial understanding of aquaculture and our role in the value chain. Primary objectives and responsibilities:
• Support our commercial growth in Greater China area through relevant and efficient marketing & communication activities.
• Lead the creation and execution of local marketing campaigns, including the coordination of new product launches while ensuring alignment with global marketing and product marketing
• Enhance the brand identity and foster customer loyalty through improved communication across distribution channels and to our farmers.
• Develop internal communication tools to strengthen the company culture and employee engagement.
• Drive public relations initiatives with an emphasis on promoting sustainable aquaculture.
• Ensure local marketing activities align with BioMar's global marketing strategy. Primary tasks:
• Maintain strong dialogue with local commercial teams.
• Participate actively in sales and marketing planning processes.
• Organize and manage successful events from start to finish.
• Create locally relevant content with the support of our internal Design Hub.
• Collaborate with your team member (marketing communication specialist) to produce online and offline sales support materials.
• Enhance local online presence through platforms such as WeChat, Douyin, and other specialized online channels. Reporting line
• This position reports to our local Managing Director, based in Wuxi Required qualifications:
• Master’s degree in marketing, communications or equivalent business education
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience with similar positions in food, petfood, or other FMCG industries
• Experience working with digital marketing
• Fluency in Chinese and English written and oral is required Skills and knowledge:

• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast paced but informal working environment.
