Mission of the position:

Oversees compliance with the quality standards established for the different hotel departments and also ensures that all brand and operational manuals are updated and adapted to the idiosyncrasies of each hotel.

What are we looking for?
• 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position in a hotel or Corporate Office.
• University degree in Tourism, Business Administration or other relevant university education for the position.
• Global and strategic vision, results and customer orientation, change management, influence and negotiation, leadership and teamwork.
• Advanced level of English, third language desirable
• Commitment to live in Malaga
