In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our integrated marketing efforts, crafting compelling campaigns that seamlessly blend digital and traditional marketing channels.

You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and position Fuel Learning as the premier provider of leadership and management development solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Integrated Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive integrated marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives, leveraging both digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimise... multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Traditional Marketing Initiatives: Oversee and manage traditional marketing initiatives, such as print advertising, direct mail campaigns, trade shows, and event marketing, ensuring consistent brand messaging and effective lead generation.
• Content Creation: Oversee the development of engaging and informative content across various formats, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and print collateral, to establish Fuel Learning as a thought leader in the industry.
• Brand Management: Uphold and promote the Fuel Learning brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and brand positioning across all marketing channels and campaigns.
• Event Management: Coordinate and manage various events, including webinars, conferences, networking opportunities, and trade shows, to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, analyse industry trends, and gather insights to inform marketing strategies and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, campaign performance, and return on investment (ROI), providing actionable insights for continuous improvement across digital and traditional channels.

Qualifications and Experience:
• A degree or higher apprenticeship in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in a marketing management role, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns.
• Excellent understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email, content marketing, print advertising, direct mail, and event marketing.
• Proficiency in various marketing tools and technologies, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms, and design software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Creativity and innovation, with a passion for exploring new marketing trends and techniques.
