We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced... Account Manager to join our team.

As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that address client goals and challenges, driving mutual success and fostering long-term relationships. Your role involves understanding client goals, and proactively addressing any relationship concerns to maintain client satisfaction and support future business growth by moving along the experience management maturity path. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. We primarily operate remotely, but occasional in-person attendance may be required. The ideal candidate would be located in the GTA

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all their needs.
• Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and proactively identify ways to add value through our services.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and execute optimized solutions that meet clients' needs and achieve their goals.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
• Monitor client satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Track key account metrics and provide regular reports to management on account performance, opportunities, and challenges.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
• Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and other client-facing activities to promote our services and expand our client base.

• Self-starter and critical thinking is a MUST.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in account management or client relationship management, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of business principles and the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels of an organization.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and drive results.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Gsuite, MS Powerpoint, and interaction with CRMs
• Experience in Customer Experience is an asset
