Aged & Disability Support (Community Services & Development) About the Service Coordinator Role:Under the general direction of the General Manager, you will promote and provide consistent service delivery in accordance with CLO's Vision, Mission and Purpose, Values and Code.The Service Coordinator - Regency Green, provides quality and effective leadership and guidance to Psychosocial Support Workers to achieve outcomes and goals for the people CLO supports. You will actively contribute to employee development to support overall outcomes.As Service Coordinator, you will assist to create an empowering environment for participants and work to maximise independence in the least restrictive environment. You will engage in the development and review of plans and programs and will monitor and assess plans and implementation for effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:Provide employee support and leadership to meet KPIsFacilitating team PDPs and development opportunitiesIdentifying training needs... to educate and develop others to achieve quality outcomesService delivery, planning and program developmentLead the team with effective development and implementation of a range of developmental programming techniquesBe a positive brand ambassador for CLO internally and externallySupervise and monitor operation/information systems (including rosters) and identify organisational requirements including risk managementThe Service Coordinator has a fantastic opportunity to observe the people we support achieve goals through ensuring the maximisation of person-centred approaches by guiding and motivating CLO's Support Workers.Please refer to the Position Description for further responsibilities and capabilities.This role is based in Regency Park, supporting our Regency Green service. About You!To become part of CLO's dynamic operations team, you will have experience in leading a team of Psychosocial Support Workers to support Participants transitioning to permanent accommodation at our Regency Green location.You will have a values match with CLO as a first vital point to success as well as extensive experience in the industry. You will be adaptable to fast-paced and changing environments and have an in-depth understanding of the NDIS and how this impacts participants, service providers and staff. You will be able to support and guide staff to adapt to industry changes and demands and will share your knowledge with your team. Qualifications and Essential Licences:Tertiary qualifications (Bachelor's Degree or similar) in Disability, Social Work, Behavioural Science, Mental Health (or similar)Senior First Aid Certificate and valid CPRNDIS Worker ScreeningWorking with Children Check Current Driver's LicenceYou will also possess:Experience and understanding of the Forensic systemEffective time management and planning skillsAbility to manage changing and competing prioritiesExperience using and implementing Positive Behaviour Support PlansA person-centred approachExperience developing professional and accurate reports for stakeholdersAbility to teach, motivate and inspire Support WorkersApply Now!To apply, please submit your application (Cover Letter and Resume) online by following the below link.
