Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a fully qualified / accredited Psychologist or Psychotherapist to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. The person must be registered and in good standing with their relevant professional or governing psychological or psychotherapeutic body. You will work with major clients of Zevo Health to deliver workplace wellness initiatives including individual and group interventions. You will join our team of experts in workplace well-being and together with them, you will continuously deliver high-quality services to meet the needs of Zevo Health's clients. You will be working in a fast-paced environment supporting employees in a multicultural organisation therefore adaptability, flexibility and cultural awareness is a must.

NB: This role is required to support teams working day and evening shifts, including weekends. Flexibility is a must. There is also a requirement to work onsite with no facility to work remotely.

Primary Duties and... Responsibilities:
• Providing individual counselling and coaching support to a corporate workforce in the Trust & Safety industry at high risk of developing mental health difficulties.
• Designing and delivering training as requested by clients and based on expert knowledge of a T&S population on various mental health and resilience in the workplace topics.
• Facilitating peer group support sessions and other therapeutic creative interventions such as art therapy, music therapy, therapeutic journaling, and mindfulness-based interventions.
• Working closely with the wider team of mental health professionals to support the implementation of the wellbeing programme.
• Acting as the wellbeing point-of-contact for team(s) within the corporate workforce to gather insights and feedback about their well-being and the programme delivered by Zevo Health.
• Be skilled in survey design and interpreting data which is reflective of the achievements and successes of the wellbeing programmes to be presented back to the client.
• Supporting the design and completion of mental health content for website and socials and the Zevo Health App including master classes, webinars, white papers, meditations, etc.
• Attending internal and external clinical supervision. (individual and group sessions – costs covered by Zevo Health)

Requirements for this role:
• Minimum MSc Psychology degree (with demonstrated mental health intervention and counselling skills) OR MSc/MA in Counselling & Psychotherapy.
• Skilled in CBT or other brief, focused interventions. (Working within other modalities such as ACT & DBT would be an advantage)
• Safe talk or ASIST trained or other evidenced training and experience working with those at risk of or affected by suicide.
• Fully qualified or accredited membership with a recognized professional body (PSI, BPS, BACP, IACP, IAHIP, etc.) or organisation governed by a recognised Code of Ethics and disciplinary process.
• Minimum of 3 Years post qualification experience working with adults. (previous experience of working within a corporate setting is plus)
• Group facilitation skills: Experience developing and delivering group training and workshops
• Experience of working in an MDT.
• Culturally sensitive and globally contextual practitioner with demonstrable experience of working with diverse populations.
• Demonstrate excellent listening, communication, decision-making and assessment skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
• Fluent in English.
• Fluency in a second language is a distinct advantage.

Work Remotely

· There is a requirement for onsite presence and no opportunity to work remotely.

• Minimum 1 hot meal provided daily free of charge while onsite.

Job Type: Full-time
