We are now looking for a Service Sales Account Manager- Non-Contract to join our team in Rungis, France.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Management of all leads generated by Customer Service reports and other request for quotation
• Obtaining inbound costs form suppliers and sub contractors
• Pricing and preparation of non contract service quotations utilizing approved pricing tools and quotation templates and to approved company margins
• Negotiation with customers regarding follow up of non contract quotation and securing of non contract orders
• Administration of non contract quotations using CRM tools to record quote requests, quotes issued and progress updates until order received or quote lost

In order to be successful in this role you will need to have:

Qualifications:

High School Diploma (preferably in Accountancy or similar)

Knowledge, skills and Abilities:
• Have previous experience within a client/team co-ordination role (at least 3 years)
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term customer relation building
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Commercially astute with good negotiations skills
• Self motivated and capable of operating with minimal supervision
• Ability to successfully interface with various departments and personnel in stressful situations
• Conversant with Microsoft Excel, CRM, Oracle
• Fluent English
• Quotation backlog and throughput - backlog of quotations to be issued and management to internal KPI’s for through of quotations from receipt of a valid CE report or other request for quotation

Interactions:

Customers, both yours & other Regional Operations Teams, Senior Management, Key Accounts, Technical Support staff, Service Contract Sales, Products Sales, Marketing, Sub contract Service Providers & Suppliers.

Performance Criteria:

To facilitate the organizational objectives relating to non contract intake the following areas will be subject to agreed performance targets, To be reviewed and set annually
• Build pipeline of opportunities and manage order forecast – use CRM tools to build order pipeline and manage accurate forecast for order intake
• Order Intake – measured against budgeted performance
• Ensure that any activity, task and responsibility required by role in terms of the International Trade Compliance Regulation is managed and performed in full compliance with Company ITC certification program itself
