Overview

We're seeking a skilled Paralegal who can navigate the complexities of Landlord and Tenant law with ease and can work independently within our firm. As our firm grows, we're dedicated to offering comprehensive legal services, and your expertise will be instrumental in driving our success in this specialized area.

Responsibilities
• Representing clients in landlord and tenant disputes, negotiations, and LTB hearings.
• Conduct thorough research on Landlord and Tenant laws and regulations
• Drafting legal documents
• Communicate effectively with clients, landlords, and tenants to resolve disputes amicably
• Stay updated on changes in Landlord and Tenant legislation and case law

Qualifications
• Licensed paralegal and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal, with a focus on Landlord and Tenant disputes
• High proficiency in legal research and drafting documents
• Strong understanding of landlord and tenant law
•... Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Manage case files and deadlines efficiently
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Note: Candidates must be comfortable with a fee split arrangement.
