As a Sales AccountExecutive at Listopro, you will drive our business growth byidentifying, prospecting, and closing new enterprise clients withinthe tech industry, y ou will be responsiblefor building and nurturing strong relationships both in person andremotely with prospective clients and presenting them with tailoredstaffing solutions to meet their specific needs.

KeyResponsibilities :

Conduct ProductDemonstrations : Showcase the features andfunctionalities of our SaaS platform to prospective clients,highlighting its value proposition and benefits tailored to theirspecific requirements.
• Consultative Selling : Understand the unique challenges and objectives of each client,providing tailored solutions and recommendations to address theirrecruitment pain points effectively.
• Pipeline Management : Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, tracking progress... andensuring timely follow-ups to move prospects through the salescycle towards successful closures.
• Negotiation and Closing : Collaborate with clients to overcome objections,negotiate terms, and finalize agreements, effectively closing dealswhile maintaining a focus on long-term clientsatisfaction.
• Relationship Building : Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with clients,acting as a reliable advisor and strategic partner in theirrecruitment endeavors.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with internal teams, includingMarketing, Customer Success, and Product Development, to ensurealignment in messaging, address client feedback, and drivecontinuous productimprovement

Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration, Marketing, or a relatedfield.
• Proven track record ofsuccess in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaSindustry.
• Excellent communication andpresentation skills, with the ability to articulate complexconcepts clearly and persuasively.
• Strong analytical skillsand business acumen, with the ability to understand client needsand propose tailored solutions effectively.
• Results-oriented mindsetwith a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed salestargets.
• Self-motivated andproactive approach to sales, with a focus on driving continuousimprovement and personal growth.
• Familiarity withrecruitment processes and HR technology solutions is aplus
