Site Manager

About OCSiAl Group:

OCSiAl is the world’s largest producer of graphene nanotubes. Our team consists of more than 450 employees located in Europe, USA and Asia. OCSiAl’s mission is to improve the specific properties of all base materials, making the world a better place for all living beings. We are pursuing this mission by developing universal nanotube solutions and introducing them into the manufacturing industry. This is leading to the creation of a new generation of nanoaugmented materials and end products, whose previously unobtainable properties will become the standard for consumer expectations.

Key responsibilities:
• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards;
• Managing and monitoring construction progress and ensuring that milestones are met on time and within budget;
• Communication with project stakeholders, including clients... subcontractors, and project teams, to ensure project goals are being met;
• Developing and implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet client specifications and are of the highest quality;
• Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements;
• Managing construction teams, including hiring, training, and supervising project staff;
• Risk management - resolving project issues and risks, including developing contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure project success;
• Maintaining project records, including construction schedules, budgets, and correspondence;
• Coordinating equipment delivery and installation, including working with vendors and construction teams to ensure equipment is installed safely and on time;
• Monitoring construction progress and ensure that construction and installation work is performed in accordance with the project timelines;
• Preparing construction reports and documentation, including progress reports, project schedules, and financial reports.

Required qualifications and experience:
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field;
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction management, with a strong focus on scheduling, budgeting, and managing contractors and construction teams;
• Proficient in project management software and tools, including Microsoft Project and Excel;
• Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices;
• Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation;
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Fluency in English.
