IOT Support Analyst

Seeking an IOT Support Analyst to assist with application support including but not limited to; access, work orders, troubleshooting software issues and agile work prioritization. Must be able to work independently and within a team, self-motivated with time management skills. Good communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels (technical, non-technical, etc.) are essential. Strong analytical and problem solving skills are a must.

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities for this position include
• processing SNOW tickets
• providing customer support via email
• executing Puppet tasks
• responding to Datadog/monitoring alerts
• validating site connectivity
• provisioning access, and conducting level 1 troubleshooting

Experienced preferred:

We are seeking candidates with experience in
• work order/ticket processing
• change management
• work prioritization
• familiarity with Datadog, Puppet, Azure, LINUX, and Docker/containerization
•... experience working on teams following Agile software development methodologies
