Service Quality Analyst supports the Service Quality team by producing both top-down analyses on Technical trends in Service, and supporting other initiatives that further the Service Quality team’s work. This may include investigative analysis, building reports, identifying areas for optimization, and creating tools for stakeholders. The Service Quality Data Lead is also responsible for communicating the outcome of these analyses and involve where needed the business Operations Analytics team to provide Technical analytics input, providing clear and easily digestible visuals to support the next steps determined from the analyses for immediate business impact.

Individuals must be creative, proactive, organized, flexible, results-oriented, and have a passion for using data to identify and solve real business problems. The ideal candidate can work with multiple stakeholders under pressure, is solution oriented, and thrives working independently in a fast paced and dynamic team. This... role works very closely with all Service Quality Regional Leads, whose expertise lies in hands on assessment and understanding of the real functioning of Service Centers and the Service organization. Preferred location either Amsterdam or North UK.
