Location/ Place of work – Tauranga
Wage/Salary- $30 per hour
Job Type – Permanent Full-time, Minimum hours 30/week and maximum 40.
You should have at least 6-12 months of working in Domino's or a
relevant hospitality/management/business qualification.
Duties And Responsibilities
Store Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the store to
ensure they achieve sales targets, operational efficiency, and profitability
targets. Supervising and directing the workforce, making staffing decisions. They will
ensure customer satisfaction, product quality, and the execution of Company
standards and policies, including operational, Food Safety and Health & Safety
policies and procedures, in their store. The Store Manager is responsible for
providing the appropriate coaching and support to their team around
procedures and policies, as well as building bench and capability at all levels,
ensuring that their store achieves and maintains the required performance

 accountable for all financial targets allocated by the restaurant as per
the annual operating plan and/or quarterly forecasts.
 Meet financial targets.
 Mange COGs %, food waste, labour, cash variance, and all other semi
variables ensuring targets are achieved.
 Meets all targets in these areas.
 Provides the area manager with information and analysis on P&L results
and action planning
