Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Technical Sales Engineer located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and sales engineering expertise. They will also be involved in communication and sales activities on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:
• Leverage your technical expertise to confidently demonstrate our EV charging products' capabilities to potential customers and partners.
• Analyze customer needs and develop tailor-made solutions using Proventus Global's product suite.
• Promote solution selling, aligning clients' needs with our technology to spearhead sales growth.
• Maintain a current understanding of the competitive landscape, keeping abreast of emerging technologies in the microgrid systems and EV charging spaces.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and R&D teams to translate complex technical aspects into benefits for clients.
• Harness market intelligence to inform our strategic sales approach.
• Facilitate educational sessions and workshops for clients, ensuring that they realize the full value of our solutions.

Qualifications
• Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, and Sales skills
• Technical Support and Communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the energy industry is a plus
