Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Animation. As a Director of Animation at Luminary, your role will involve overseeing the creation and implementation of animation assets for our projects. You will work closely with the creative team to ensure that the animation aligns with the overall vision and style of each project. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing and leading a team of animators, providing feedback and guidance during the animation process, and collaborating with other departments to ensure that the animation integrates smoothly into the overall game design. Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Portfolio showcasing your animation work and creativity.
• Passion for pushing the boundaries of animation in game development.
• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Art, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in the gaming industry is a plus
