Role Summary: We are seeking a versatile and dynamic individual to lead a variety of projects with significant autonomy. This role offers the flexibility to shape your position, providing a unique opportunity to display and hone your skills across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance:
• Essential: Manage bookkeeping and organise monthly meetings.
• Desired: Lead advanced... financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.

Operations:
• Essential: Manage business and projects effectively, ensuring timely, cost-efficient, and quality delivery.
• Desired: Oversee and optimise combined business functions to achieve organisational goals.

Sales:
• Essential: Understand and apply basic sales processes.
• Desired: Contribute to and manage elements of the sales strategy, establishing relationships with key HE stakeholders.

Marketing:
• Essential: Execute basic social media tasks and maintain content schedules.
• Desired: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, particularly targeting the HE sector, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Knowledge of the HE sectors and their dynamics.
• Proven practice in business roles with a knack for financial, operations and/or sales management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of forging and maintaining relationships.
• Ability to deliver on tasks, with robust problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
• Highly motivated, capable of working independently and initiating change.
• Exceptional time management skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A lifelong learner eager to adapt and take on new challenges.

Compensation: Permanent, full-time position with a salary ranging from £25,000 to £32,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,036.89-£36,000.00 per year
