Sway is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Digital Media Planner/Buyer to help drive our growth in digital channels. The right fit will have a keen understanding of media planning and buying in the digital space. They’ll work closely with our Media Director, creative team and vendors to deliver the right ad, to the right audience, at the right time. This is a fully-remote, US based... role.

• 4+ years experience managing digital media campaigns within an agency or client-side setting
• Exceptional organizational skills and a detail oriented mindset
• Digital media experience including Display, Programmatic, Paid Social, Paid Search, Digital Video, Digital and Audio
• Skilled at developing multi-channel digital campaigns driven by data & research
• Strong analytical skills and confidence in making data based decisions
• A working knowledge and proficiency with 3rd party ad serving platforms (DCM), pixel creation, tag management and verification tools
• Skilled at presenting reporting and optimization recommendations to clients.
• Experience with web analytics tools/data such as Google Analytics and others
• Ability to pull insights from that data that are meaningful and measurable for our clients
• Comfortable presenting and translating information to key stakeholders and clients
• Experience working directly in a DSP is a plus

Core Responsibilities:
• Work with our in-house team and third-party vendors to craft makesense and malleable media plans that are effective and tailored to identified audiences
• Collaborate with agency creatives to identify the best tactics and placements for maximizing engagement
• Assist in managing the execution of buys including platform builds, budget adherence, spend reallocation, trafficking, and billing
• Help compile comprehensive but digestible reporting for clients on the return on their investment
• Monitor multiple campaigns, identify positive and negative trends, and recommend adjustments
• Serve as subject matter expert in client status meetings
• Contribute to the development of best practices to improve our campaigns by keeping up with trends, tools, and successes within the industry

• Remote Work Affordance. For the duration of your employment at Sway, except in instances of occasional and pre-scheduled in-person meetings, and wherein your attendance is needed on set, this role will be 100% remote
• 15 Paid Vacation Days. Days reset at your start date and do not roll over. You’ll have the ability to withdraw a negative balance of up to 5 days, and you begin the year with your days already afforded
• 17 Paid Holidays. Your Birthday, New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, the Monday after the Super Bowl, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Juneteenth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and week between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day
• Two-Hour Windows. So long as the privilege is not abused, we offer each employee 2-hour leave windows at the beginning (9am - 11am EST) and end of the workday (3pm - 5pm) to tend to any appointments like unexpected child care challenges, doctor’s visits, home maintenance, etc. that do not count against your allotted paid time off
• Health Plan. All employees are eligible to enroll in one of (3) Group Optima Health Plans; with Sway covering 80% of employee’s cost and 50% of your dependents
• Dental Insurance. Sway pays 100% of employee’s United Concordia Dental Plan
• Yearly bonuses. Unless otherwise stated, you will be eligible to receive a year-end bonus based on your performance, to be determined in Sway’s full discretion. Payment of bonuses is on the second paycheck of November each year. Additional bonuses may be awarded throughout the year based on your own (including your efforts in generating new business via your own relationships) and the company’s performance, to be determined at Sway’s discretion
• Retirement Benefits. Sway’s 401K policy offers a solid foundation for your retirement planning; we match your contributions at a 1:1 rate for the first 3% of your pay, and then add an extra $0.50 for each dollar you contribute on the following 2% of your pay
