Roles & Responsibilities

EA role includes but not limited to:
Maintain GM's schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, travel, and reporting deadlines
Expense management for the Management Team, follow up of action items
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings

Office / Administrative Role includes but not limited to:
Oversee day-to-day office management and operations
Provide administrative supports as needed, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, travel management (booking of flight, accommodation, transportation, etc), maintaining filing system, mailing, and shipping packages, and updating contact database and employee list
Overseeing & monitor projects (e.g., office renovation, etc)
Management and procurement of office and pantry supplies and equipment
Vendors management - Managing relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord
Preparing budgets

and monitoring expenditure across a range of... travel / admin / office
Assist in development and implementation of new procedures including redesign of workflows / process based on best practices
Undertake other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements

Diploma in business or related
Minimum 3 years work experience in secretarial / office Admin work, supporting senior management
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive and team worker, flexible, able to deal with ambiguity and set priorities
Ability to work independently and confidently with confidential matters
Resourceful, meticulous, positive, and able to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines
