The key purpose of this role is to conduct beer tours ensuring quality visitor experience delivered in brewery.

Key roles and responsibilities:
• Maintain the standard of the tours by ensuring information given to tourists is accurate and updated
• Increase visitor numbers and revenue to reach target
• Deliver the tour in a fun and easy to understand manner.
• Ensure the safety of the tour guests at all times
• Quality... visitor experience enhanced-- benchmarking with other attractions
• Positive experience from visitors (re: staff, service and facilities) achieved at 98% as a standard, measured through , measured through surveys & social media surveys & social media
• Information for the monthly report to be accurate and submitted timeously
• Relationship building in the tourism industry and other heritage sites
• Maximise stakeholder relationship between tour operators, travel agents, database, etc.
• Follow trends for beer culture and tours to alert marketing department
• Influence SAB brands loyalty on tour visitors
• Following up on booking enquiries and converted confirmed
• Process all visitors through booking system

• Matric
• Ability to work long hours including working on weekends and public holidays; Workdays: Tuesday – Saturday
• Ability to communicate clearly in English
• Passion for Beer/ Understanding of Beer Culture Interest in history
• Presentation skills
• Ability to grasp technical information and explain it in an easy-to-understand manner
• Solid Administrative skills (tour bookings & admin)
• People skills, especially with regards to conflict management
