A company in the construction industry that develops commercial, industrial and residential projects is seeking a suitably qualified and professional Personal Assistant to join their company. You'll assist the directors will all typical PA duties.

Responsibilities:
• Manage directors’ calendars and schedule appointments
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation
• Prepare for and organise meetings, including agendas and refreshments as needed
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping
• Assist with personal errands and tasks as required
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
• Answer all phone calls
• Prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Prepare petty cash payments.
• Prepare labour only fortnightly wage payments for three branches across South Africa
• Prepare sub-contractor fortnightly hours and submit to the quantity surveyors to prepare payments
• Prepare wages each fortnight
• Maintain... and update plant vehicle registersMaintain fines register
• Maintain the company's project lists and issue new project numbers
• In charge of servicing all equipment
• Deal with IT related issues and logging tickets for all IT support needed
• Managing tasks for three drivers

Requirements
• Relevant degree or diploma
• 3 to 5 years' previous experience as a Personal Assistant to directors or senior management
• 'Can do' and positive demeanour and attitude
• Engaging and high energy
• Ability to deal with competing demands and deadlines simultaneously
